Girls Recreational Gymnastics
Students in our Recreational Programs are evaluated every 16 weeks. When students reach proficiency in all of their level’s skills, they will receive a certificate and ribbon, and will be invited to move up to the next level. All gymnasts will receive an evaluation form to take home so that parents and athletes can celebrate accomplishments and track their progress.
Level 1
Inland Empire Gymnastics Academy's Level 1 program is designed for the novice gymnast. Athletes follow Inland Empire Gymnastics Academy's curriculum, which is designed as a series of logical progressions with attainable goals, and is aligned with the progressions of USA Gymnastics. The curriculum includes learning basic gymnastics terminology, correct body positioning, flexibility, strength, and developmental skills on all four Olympic events (vault, bars, beam, floor). This introductory gymnastics class offers and opportunity to have fun learning basic skills while developing and interest in the sport of gymnastics and a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise.

Level 2

Athletes follow Inland Empire Gymnastics Academy's curriculum, which is designed as a series of logical progressions with attainable goals, and is aligned with the progressions of USA Gymnastics. The curriculum continues to focus on basic gymnastics terminology, correct body positioning, flexibility, and strength, while further developing gymnastics skills on all four Olympic events (vault, bars, beam, floor). This class offers athletes an opportunity to have fun strengthening their basic gymnastics skills while developing a deeper interest in the sport of gymnastics and a healthy lifestyle.
