IE CLUB CHEER

Club Cheer is an exciting mid-season competitive cheer program for athletes ages 7 and older. The program places equal emphasis on teamwork, character development, skill achievement, and the excitement of competition.

Designed for novice to entry-level cheerleaders, or those have previously participated on an IE Club Cheer team, this program is a great introduction to competitive cheerleading, perfect for athletes who may aspire to join a high school or year-round competitive team in the future, as well as anyone interested in exploring the exciting sport of competitive cheerleading.

Tryouts for Club Cheer are on Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 PM, with practices beginning in December and are on Saturdays from 1:30 to 4:00 PM. Club Team is a 6-month commitment and competitive fees are non-refundable. For the 2027 season, Club Cheer will have one in-house showcase at IEGA and attend two Sharp International competitions!

All Club Cheer athletes MUST attend a regular weekly class at IEGA, which can be tumbling, gymnastics, or an IE Cheer class, where skill development with their class coach is the focus. Saturday team practices are specifically for competition development, which includes stunting, tumbling, motions & dance, as well as putting it all together in our competition routine.
