PREREQUISITE FOR REGISTRATION

• Students must be at least 8 years or older to register.

• Students must be able to hold a strong bridge, with straight arms, while lifting up lift one leg up.

​

​Students will be grouped in all clinics based on current skill ability, strength, shaping & “closeness” to a standing back handspring. Mastery of a back handspring at clinics is not guaranteed, but coaches will work with all student to move through the necessary progressions as they work toward skill mastery.
