INTENT TO RETURN - CLUB TEAM

Hello Club Team Families!

 

We are getting excited about the upcoming season and are beginning to plan for tryouts, which will likely will be at the end of April. To help us know what your family is thinking for the 2025 season, we would love to learn whether your athlete intends to tryout. Please fill out the INTENT TO RETURN FORM below and submit it to us no LATER THAN MONDAY, MARCH 31st. If you already know your plans, please don't wait to fill out the survey.
