Female Gymnast on Balance Beam

INTENT TO RETURN

While we are still a 4 weeks out from Xcel State Championships, here at the gym we are already beginning to look ahead to next season; plotting out training groups and day/time configurations, thinking about coaching assignments, and making it all work with the gym’s rotation schedule. Therefore, we need to ask you to think ahead with us as well.

Please talk as a family over the next couple of weeks about your experiences this past season and discuss whether or not you want to continue in the Xcel competitive program. While we certainly hope so, as we adore each and every one of your daughters and consider it a privilege to work with them, we also understand that sometimes the “best laid plans” can change: a new grade level with increased academic requirements, the possibility of new afterschool activities or athletics which have captured your daughter’s attention, or perhaps the time and financial commitment is just too much right now as you look ahead.

We would ask that you fill out the INTENT TO RETURN FORM below and submit it to us no LATER THAN MONDAY, MARCH 31st. If you already know your plans for next season, please don't wait to fill out the survey as it will help us get started.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Remember, we still have several important dates ahead: Victory Classic in LA (THIS WEEKEND), State Championships (April 4-6), and Regional Championships for QUALIFYING Platinums (May 2-4), and our End of the Season Celebration, tentatively schedules for Sunday May 18.

INTENT TO RETURN FORM

If you are willing to share some, or any, of the factors causing your family not to want to continue next season or to rethink your athlete’s participation, we would greatly appreciate the insight, however it is not a requirement. Please check any or all that might apply.

Thanks for submitting!
